Where We Started
From a Church Basement to Your Front Door
Holy Smokes Pizza got its start back in 2013 in the kitchen of St. Paul’s Memorial Church. What began as a project between a hospitality grad and a serious pizza lover quickly turned into a neighborhood favorite. We’ve never lost that scratch-made spirit, and we bring that same energy to every event we cater. We want your guests to experience the same quality that made us say, 'Holy smokes, that’s good pizza!' in the first place.
Our Own Recipes and Bold Flavors
When you book us for a gathering, you aren't getting generic, cookie-cutter catering. Our 16-inch pizzas are loaded with our signature HSP sauce—a perfect balance of sweet and savory—and covered edge-to-edge in pepperoni. From our massive 8-ounce 'Torpedo' ground beef subs to our hand-smashed grilled sausage, we use old-school methods and house-made ingredients like our Tuscan Italian dressing to make sure the food is the highlight of the day.
